Overview
Assist the football coaching staff with all aspects of the football program, including budget, coordinating team travel, development events and recruitment for athletic competition at the Division I level.
Typical hiring salary for this position is $45,000.00, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities- Support the football program operations by assisting with budget analysis and preparation.
- Coordinate team travel planning and related logistics.
- Support the planning and execution of development events and recruitment activities for athletic competition at the Division I level.
- Assist with overall program coordination to support compliance with NCAA rules and regulations.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Working knowledge of budget analysis and preparation.
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to NCAA rules and regulations.
- Supervision experience.
Preferred:
- Three or more years’ experience in an athletic department.
- Knowledge of ARMS Recruiting Software, Concur Travel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with student-athletes from diverse backgrounds.
