Role Description s:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy roadmap andlifecycle management of Electric Utility Network Operations applications supporting
Transmission and Distribution (T&D) operations. The ideal candidate will combine deeputility domain expertise with strong product management skills to drive the development and enhancement of mission-critical applications such as SCADA DMS OMS ADMSDERMS Outage Management Network Analytics and Grid Operations platforms.
The Product Manager will collaborate closely with utility business stakeholders engineering teams operations personnel customers and technology partners to deliver innovative solutions that improve grid reliability operational efficiency regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
Functional Skills Define and execute product vision strategy roadmap and lifecycle management for Electric Utility Network Operations applications. Gather analyze and prioritize business requirements translate utility operational needs into product features epics and user stories. Strong understanding of Electric Utility Transmission & Distribution operations including SCADA DMS OMS ADMS DERMS and related business processes. Act as Product Owner Product Manager for Agile teams managing and prioritizingthe product backlog to maximize business value.
Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sprint planning sprintreviews retrospectives and release planning. Define acceptance criteria validate delivered functionality and ensure alignment with business and operational requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering architectureoperations QA UX and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Drive stakeholder engagement with utility customers control center operators field operations IT teams and executive leadership. Monitor product performance through KPIs customer feedback operational metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support grid modernization digital transformation and innovation initiativesleveraging cloud analytics AIML and smart grid technologies. Ensure compliance with utility industry standards cybersecurity requirements and regulatory obligations. Facilitate change management product adoption user training and business readiness activities.
