About The JobIn this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating the seamless planning and execution of events that leave a lasting impact. From collaborating with executive leaders to ensuring flawless logistics, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the company’s presence and aligning events with strategic communication goals.
Pay Range:$74290 per year - $96140 per year
What’s In It For You- Plan and execute all aspects of events, meetings, and presentations led by executives or with reach across Sodexo North America.
- Manage presentation development, site vendors, and logistics while ensuring alignment with brand standards and communication strategies.
- Collaborate closely with executive leaders to plan and execute events.
- Work with PR team members and other sections of the Brand & Communications team to ensure cohesive execution.
- Focus on efficient planning, development, and execution to maximize time and budget investments.
- Ensure all events align with Sodexo's overall Brand & Communications strategy.
- Demonstrated success in driving results through strategic planning, efficient execution, and innovative problem-solving.
- Project management skills with experience coordinating complex events from start to finish.
- Expertise in planning, organizing, and managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Skilled in influencing and negotiating to build strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Exceptional communication and specialized writing skills to ensure clear, impactful messaging for all event materials.
