Pike Industries, Inc. is a leading highway contractor that produces hot mix asphalt and construction aggregates across New England. The company seeks an experienced Equipment Operator to work on paving construction projects in Poland, ME.

• $28.00/hour or more, depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
• Annual increase potential.

• Operate screed (back‑end of the paver).
• Operate various pieces of equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines.
• Work outside and learn a new trade.
• Help build local roads.
