Location: Orono

Individuals who successfully complete their first construction season will receive additional classroom instruction and hands-on training during the winter months.

Sargent's Training Facility in Orono, ME & jobsites across Maine & New Hampshire
Classes Begin:
April and June 2026
Duties:
* Demolition and/or cleanup
* General construction labor
* Excavation
* Erosion control install and maintenance
This Job Is:
* A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
* Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Salary:
From $19.50 per hour

Schedule:
* 10-12 hour shift, occasional Saturday shifts depending on project assignment
Education:
* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* Driver's License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
* 100% (Required) - lodging, per diem, and most mileage paid
Work Location:
In person on projects across Maine & New Hampshire
