If you have previous experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader or grader to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures, we want to hear from you!

In these roles, you will be travelling throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects.

Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals – plus you will be home every weekend!

• Operate construction equipment (e.g., backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader, grader) to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures.
• Travel throughout the region to work on infrastructure projects including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works.
• Perform travel-related duties as needed; travel expenses are paid by the company and employees are typically home on weekends.

• Driver's License (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Construction experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Willingness to Travel: 75% (Preferred)
