In this role of Junior Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of exciting real estate projects and build a strong foundation for your career in project management. You'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, which may include commercial offices and workplace fit-outs, retail and mixed-use developments, hospitality, education buildings and/or industrial and logistics developments.
Projects can range from small refurbishments to large-scale, complex developments, often delivered in fast-paced and high-profile environments. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and clients, gaining hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle. This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to grow quickly in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Project Manager in defining project success criteria, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
- Support the planning and coordination of quality, health, safety and environmental activities.
- Help establish effective project governance, processes and systems throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor and document project progress and key performance indicators.
- Track and manage project risks, issues and changes.
- Conduct background research, data analysis and benchmarking.
- Prepare clear project reports and communication materials.
- Support coordination across project teams, consultants and stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and action trackers.
- Degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate or a related discipline.
- Some experience or internship exposure within project management, construction or real estate is preferred.
- Understanding of the project lifecycle and key project management principles.
- Awareness of project management tools and techniques.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and build relationships.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
