• $28.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
• Annual increase potential

• Experience with all aspects of road construction (paving, milling, dirt work).
• Operate road construction equipment (skid steer, paver, roller)
• Ability to lead and manage work crew.
• Training new hires and coordinating training.
• Collaboration between all lines of business to execute each job.
