Individuals who successfully complete their first construction season will receive additional classroom instruction and hands-on training during the winter months.

- June 2027 high school graduates looking to enter the workforce after graduation and are looking to learn the trade and start a career with Sargent as a laborer (June 2027 start)

Sargent's Training Facility in Orono, ME & jobsites across Maine & New Hampshire

March/April or June 2027

• Demolition and/or cleanup
• General construction labor
• Excavation
• Erosion control install and maintenance

• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited/no construction experience and education
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma

Full-time

From $20.25 per hour + time-and-a-half overtime after 40 hours per pay period
