We have recently launched Reviant—a new premium challenger brand designed to disrupt the market with a distinct, sharp, and highly engaging position. We aren't just another casino; we have created a destination with a unique pulse and identity.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly established visual universe and take it to the next level. We are looking for a Visual Specialist to be the architect of our visual world. You won't just be following guidelines; you will be helping to evolve and refine them.

As the Visual Specialist for Reviant, you will hold the keys to the brand's visual expression. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will translate our strategic positioning into a living, breathing visual identity.

Your mission is to ensure Reviant looks unlike anything else in the "long tail." You will take our core concept and amplify it across every channel—from high-energy motion graphics on social media to sleek, high-conversion onsite assets.

What does a typical day look like?

  • Visual Identity Creation:
    Help define and evolve the visual DNA of Reviant. You will turn our brand strategy into a cohesive visual language that creates an immediate emotional connection with players.
  • Motion & Static Production:
    Produce high-impact assets for our marketing mix. This includes motion graphics for paid social (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube), crisp visuals for CRM, and engaging onsite campaign material.
  • Campaign Concepts:
    Collaborate with the Brand Manager to brainstorm and visualize tactical concepts and seasonal campaigns that cut through the noise.
  • Asset Management:
    Build and maintain the Reviant asset library, ensuring we have a structured, scalable, and high-quality creative workflow as the brand grows.
  • Agile Creativity:
    You will need to be hands-on and versatile—creating mock-ups, tweaking layouts, and iterating quickly based on what works in a live environment.

You are a creative problem solver who loves the freedom of a blank slate. You have a "motion-first" mindset and the technical skills to execute high-end visuals quickly. You understand that in a crowded market, distinctiveness is everything.

Qualifications:

  • AI-Native Creative:
    You embrace the future of design and are proficient in using AI to accelerate workflows and generate novel concepts. You have specific experience with Google's creative AI ecosystem (Gemini, Imagen, Veo) and know how to leverage these tools to push creative boundaries.
  • Portfolio of Impact: A strong portfolio showcasing not just "nice designs," but distinct brand identities and high-performing marketing creatives.
  • 3+ Years

    Experience:

    You have worked as a Visual Designer, Motion Designer, or Content Creator, preferably within iGaming, lifestyle brands, or a creative agency.
  • Adobe Suite Expert:
    You are fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. You know how to take a static concept and bring it to life with motion.
  • Brand Builder:
    You understand how color, typography, and motion come together to tell a story. You are excited by the prospect of building a brand guideline, not just following one.
  • Efficient & Structured:
    You can manage your own time and deliverables in a fast-paced launch environment.
  • Language:
    Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
