Production Lead / Producer

The North Alliance (NoA) is expanding its freelance network and looking for Production Leads/ Producers to collaborate across some of the most admired creative, technology and consulting agencies in the Nordics — including NoA |Åkestam Holst, Bold, NoA Elevate, NoA Ignite, NoA Connect and NoA Consulting.

As part of the NoA Freelance Network, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of creative, content, brand and digital productions for ambitious clients across industries.

This initiative is part of a broader ambition to build a scalable freelance ecosystem across NoA. We want to create a trusted network of freelancers who can quickly be activated depending on project needs, agency collaborations and client opportunities — while making it easier for both freelancers and NoA teams to work together long-term.

The setup includes:

• Pre-negotiated hourly rates
• Framework agreements without guaranteed hours
• Flexible collaborations across NoA agencies
• Access to projects across multiple disciplines and clients

As a freelance Production Lead / Producer within NoA, you'll help drive projects from brief to delivery across multiple channels and disciplines. Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:

• Managing timelines, budgets and resources
• Coordinating creatives, freelancers and external suppliers
• Leading production workflows
• Ensuring quality and delivery across projects
• Acting as a bridge between clients, strategy and creative teams

Projects may range from social campaigns and content production to larger integrated brand activations and digital productions.

What we're looking for:

• Thrive in fast-paced creative environments
• Have experience leading productions from brief to delivery
• Are structured, proactive and solutions-oriented
• Know how to coordinate teams, stakeholders and external partners
• Understand digital production and modern content workflows
• Agency or production company experience is highly valued.
