This opportunity pays $18/hr and is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 4 months. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving, order coordination, and working closely with customers and production teams.

Typical Daily Duties:• Process customer orders received by phone, email, and other channels while ensuring accuracy within company systems
• Communicate order updates, scheduling information, delivery timelines, and product availability to customers and sales teams
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and other departments to resolve order issues, changes, returns, and delivery concerns
What We're Looking For:• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or order-processing environment
• Strong phone, email, and customer communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using computer systems to track orders, customer information, spreadsheets, and business software
