** Typical Daily Duties:*
* - Process customer orders received by phone, email, and other channels while ensuring accuracy within company systems

- Communicate order updates, scheduling information, delivery timelines, and product availability to customers and sales teams

- Coordinate with production, shipping, and other departments to resolve order issues, changes, returns, and delivery concerns

* What We're Looking For:

* - At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or order-processing environment

- Strong phone, email, and customer communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Comfortable using computer systems to track orders, customer information, spreadsheets, and business software
