Location: Smithfield
Home Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our scheduling team for the PCA program at our Smithfield, ME central office. The role is a daytime weekday position (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) with alternating after-hours on-call rotations each month.
You will coordinate client/home schedules, deliver excellent service, and support field staff while maintaining confidentiality and professional phone etiquette.
