Service Coordinator

Casco Bay Ford is looking for a full-time Service Coordinator to join our team!

The Service Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for the Service Department by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers. Appointment scheduling, answering common questions,and interacting with customers are the primary daily functions. We are searching for someone who is willing to learn, interacts cordiallywith customers and coworkers, has ateam-oriented mindset, and has the ability to handle multiple demands at once.

• Answer sand returns
  
  Service Department phone calls

• Responds to commonly asked questions from customers

• Schedulesservice appointments via phone and in person

• Providesexceptional customer service interactions with all customers

• Performs other dealership tasks as assigned

• An understanding of basic automotive functions and parts

• Ability and willingness to learn

• A positive and professional attitudewhen interacting with both customers and coworkers

• Capableofmulti-tasking and prioritizing a variety of duties

• Basic computer skills

• Customer service experience

• Automotive experience

• High School Diploma / GED
