Dental Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Director to lead our dental department in Houlton.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the dental department

Oversee the delivery of high-quality dental services

Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care

Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated healthcare services

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Valid state dental license
Proven experience in a leadership role within a dental setting
