Position: Dentist – 4 Day Work Week | Outpatient | Maine

Dentist Opportunity

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a dentist for a community focused outpatient setting. This role offers autonomy, strong support, and the opportunity to provide meaningful care in a rural population.

Position Overview:

The dentist provides preventative, restorative, and emergency dental care while supporting overall oral health initiatives within the community. This role collaborates with care teams to improve patient outcomes and access to care.

Schedule:

4 day work week, 7:30am to 5:30pm, no weekends, no call.

Compensation:
Base salary up to 170,000 based on experience, productivity bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental care including preventative and restorative services, perform emergency dental procedures as needed, educate patients on oral health and hygiene, collaborate with care teams to support overall patient health, maintain accurate and timely documentation, support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Doctor of Dental Medicine DMD or Doctor of Dental Surgery DDS degree, active dental license in the state of Maine, experience or interest in rural community dental care, experience working in community health settings preferred, strong communication and patient care skills, commitment to quality and patient outcomes.
