Position OverviewThe Dentist provides preventative, restorative, and emergency dental care to patients in a community based setting. This role includes collaboration with care teams, participation in quality initiatives, and contributing to improved oral health outcomes within the population served.
Schedule• 4 day work week
• 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM schedule
• No weekends
• No call requirements
• Base salary $140,000 to $170,000 depending on experience
• Annual productivity bonus
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Perform preventative, restorative, and emergency procedures
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
• Collaborate with clinical team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• 4 day work week with no call
• Manageable daily patient volume (15 to 18 patients)
