Join our growing team to support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. Our practice predominantly serves kids (70%+ of the patient base) and includes a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dental services to patients under the direction of the practice team.
- Participate in morning huddles and plan daily work while fostering teamwork and patient focus.
- Engage in community outreach to promote the company’s positive image.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training requirements.
- Assist with patient flow, maintaining an average of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided, or eligible for licensure.
- CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide certification (state requirements vary).
- Strong desire to provide care to both children and adults and a compassionate, team‑oriented approach.
- Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200 k with uncapped earning potential.
- Sign‑on bonus – up to $50 k.

- Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adult population.
