Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a General Dentist for a mission‑driven outpatient setting. This is an opportunity to deliver high‑quality dental care in a supportive environment while maintaining a strong work‑life balance.
Position OverviewThe Dentist provides preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care to patients in a community‑based setting. This role includes collaboration with care teams, participation in quality initiatives, and contributing to improved oral health outcomes within the population served.
Schedule- 4 day work week
- 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM schedule
- No weekends
- No call requirements
- Base salary $140,000 to $170,000 depending on experience
- Annual productivity bonus
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Perform preventative, restorative, and emergency procedures
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
- Collaborate with clinical team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- 4 day work week with no call
- Manageable daily patient volume (15 to 18 patients)

- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
- Active Dental license in the State of Maine
- Experience or interest in rural or community dental care
- Experience working in community health settings preferred
