Must be aware of the $1,800 monthly lodging cap and able to discuss short‑term rentals. Willing to license and obtain FQHC credentialing within approximately 30 days.

Support staff includes a hygienist and a dental assistant. Must complete own charting. Patient population is rural community health patients.
ScheduleDay 4×10‑Hour (07:30 – 18:00). Monday–Thursday. Shift includes 30‑minute lunch.
