Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Dental Hygienist position located in Benevis
. Pay range $XX-XX per hour, with sign‑on or relocation bonuses: up to $10,000 for full time and $5,000 for part time. Compensation includes a bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses.

• Deliver direct dental care under a dentist’s supervision: scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, and fluoride.
• Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer same‑day care.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess patient dental conditions, review medical histories, and adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process, assist with dental and periodontal charting, and take x‑rays when necessary.
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion.

• Current dental hygienist license in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment required upon hire.
