Role Overview: A dental hygienist is a trusted oral health provider and clinical partner to the dentist, responsible for assessing oral health, recommending care, and educating patients in a modern, technology-supported environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist

• Manage schedules and supplies independently to provide comprehensive care

• Partner with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical guidance
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient education
