As a Draftsman/Designer at NBC, you will collaborate directly with homeowners, design teams, and production teams to transform client vision into buildable designs. Your work will span client consultations, drafting plans, refining layouts, coordinating structural and MEP details, and ensuring alignment between design and construction realities.

Consistently translating client vision into clear, accurate, buildable designs that move seamlessly into construction. Communicating professionally with homeowners, sales, and production teams to maintain alignment at every stage. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused, anticipating challenges, refining plans, and maintaining precision throughout the process.

• Strong technical drafting ability with experience producing accurate, buildable architectural plans.
• Ability to manage the full design process from client consultation through finalized construction documents.
• Clear, professional communication with homeowners and cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, and MEP contractors.
• High attention to detail when coordinating structural, architectural, and MEP components.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings, field conditions, and as‑built specifications.
• Process‑driven mindset with commitment to maintaining accurate documentation, drafting standards, and visual consistency.
• Ownership mentality—proactively keeping stakeholders informed and design phases on schedule.
• Integrity and professionalism when representing NBC.
