Location: Cumberland Center
GPH???s Health Care for the Homeless team is seeking a part time (24 hours/week) PA to join our highly collaborative and integrated team. Our program provides medical, behavioral health, and substance use treatment on the street, in shelters, at housing first locations, and in a traditional medical clinic.
