We seek a confident FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN to join an established hospital-owned primary care practice 75 minutes from Portland. This service is managed by a highly regarded 25-bed critical access hospital in nearby Pittsfield that is part of Maines second largest health system offering financial stability and soundness, and an excellent referral / specialist network.

You will be the sole physician in this practice, working with a skilled NP and supported by a pair of terrific MAs. Together, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to area residents with a focus on older adults and seniors. You will see a grateful panel of multigenerational families and patients, guided by the senior MA who knows everyone! Become part of a clinical team that includes a pharmacist, dietician and behavioral health professionals.

Practice where you can truly make a difference in a respectful, collaborative environment. You will have a convenient 4 day/week schedule (40 hours) with moderate volume (14-16 patients/day) and infrequent phone-only call.
