Generations Dentistry is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Office Administrator to lead our front office operations and help our practice run smoothly, efficiently, and positively every day.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting a team, and building systems that make everyone’s job easier. Our ideal candidate is a calm, confident leader who loves organization, follow-through, and helping both patients and team members feel supported.

Our doctor is growth-minded and continuously improving the practice systems, so we are looking for someone who embraces positive change and enjoys helping a team succeed through strong leadership and clear communication.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support the front office team in a positive and professional way
  • Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and daily office operations
  • Ensure follow-up systems are consistent and tasks are completed on time
  • Support Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and patient follow-up
  • Improve workflows and implement systems that help the office run more efficiently
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Help guide performance expectations and maintain office standards
  • Ensure every patient receives a welcoming, high-quality experience

Requirements
  • Dental or medical office experience preferred
  • Office management or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
  • AR knowledge is a plus

Compensation:
