Location: Calais
Calais, Maine:
We seek TWO confident Emergency Medicine Physicians to join the dedicated medical staff of a 25-bed acute care hospital in beautiful eastern Maine. You will replace staff from a contract firm in favor of direct hospital employment.
Independent contractors welcome. Qualified physicians with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine training are encouraged to apply. This is an equal opportunity employer.
You will work 24-hour shifts. Full time is 6 shifts/month. Candidates interested in as few as 4 shifts/month will be accommodated.

You have the choice of being an independent contractor (with your own liability insurance) or being employed by the medical center. Employees will earn $240/hour ($5760/shift, $414K/year at full time) plus a cash sign-on bonus.
