Position Overview:

Central Maine Healthcare is seeking an Internal/Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in Naples, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to practice outpatient‑only primary care in a supportive, community‑focused environment while being part of a growing healthcare network. Physicians will provide comprehensive care to adult patients while collaborating with specialists and hospital‑based providers within the Central Maine Healthcare system.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care for adult patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Coordinate care with specialists and hospital‑based providers
• Participate in preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate medical documentation within the electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and care teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for or currently holding a Maine medical license
• DEA certification (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $XX.XX to $XX.XX. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, based on factors such as skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
