Physician – Primary Care – Maine

Lincoln Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital and proud member of Maine Health, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to join our experienced and collaborative team serving the coastal communities of Lincoln County, Maine. The Lincoln Hospital Primary Care team provides expert primary care services in Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Waldoboro, and Wiscasset, Maine. This is a unique opportunity to work in a close-knit, supportive community while enjoying the resources of Maine’s largest academic health system.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients in a supportive practice environment.
• Participate in teaching and mentoring opportunities with medical students through the Maine Medical Center-Tufts University School of Medicine Maine Track program.

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or equivalent.

• Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.

Total compensation packages may include, based on eligibility, recruitment, payments relocation assistance, productivity incentives and quality incentives.

The annual base salary for this position is $257,500.
