Physician - Emergency Medicine Nocturnist

Located on the picturesque Maine Coastline, Maine Health Pen Bay Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Nocturnist Physician to join its expanding medical staff. Our Emergency Medicine Department currently has six Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers. We have a newly renovated Emergency department, which has private patient rooms and two of which are state-of-the-architect trauma rooms. We also have dedicated spaces for patients in psychiatric crisis.

Our department partners with Life Flight of Maine for emergency patient transport when needed. Join a collaborative fast-paced team with excellent support staff.

The annual base salary for this position is $355,000.

• Education/Training: Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialty, or equivalent.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.
