Early Childhood Teacher (Infant/Toddler) — Yarmouth, ME

$19–$20/hr + $1,500 sign-on + generous PTO | Small nonprofit (12 children) in a wooded, cozy setting near Portland.

• Eligible staff may receive Maine ECE wage supplements (additional $240, $360, or $540 per month depending on experience and education)

Support age-appropriate development for infants–pre-K (6 weeks–5 years), partner with the director and teammates on daily curriculum, and build warm, consistent relationships with families.

We are ideally looking for (30–35 hrs); preferably MTThF

$19–$20/hr base (starting base based on relevant credentials/experience; opportunity for increases over time), $1,500 sign‑on bonus
, paid PD time, PTO as above, holiday bonus.

CPR/First Aid (or obtain within 30 days), reliability, a nurturing presence.

1+ year ECE experience; CDA/AA/BA in ECE or related.
