Position Type:
Full‑time.
This position is part of the middle & high school World Language team, teaching sections of Spanish I and French I in grade 8. The successful candidate should collaborate well and have a passion for helping students excel in world language learning.
Job Requirements- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant experience preferred.
- Maine World Language Spanish teacher certification (440) or ability to obtain.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
- Strong knowledge, skills, and ideologies consistent with proficiency‑based educational systems; clear understanding of the connection between curriculum, instruction and assessment.
