The Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent candidates for the Position 5/6 STEM teacher at Otisfield Community School. 180 Day Contract
Salary: $46,012.50 – $81,329.34 (SY26/27)
MSAD #17 offers a robust employee benefits package for full‑time employees, including health insurance with 80 % of the premium paid by the employer (up to 100 % if both spouses work in the district); dental, vision, group life insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts;

- Instill problem‑solving and critical thinking as a "new basic" for learning across all grade levels.
- Deliver strong literacy instruction across content areas.
- Help students develop skills to apply, interpret, analyze, and evaluate the vast, ever‑expanding amount of information.
- Employ effective lesson design by adjusting to students' personal learning needs and preferences, including appropriate technology applications.
