C.L. Seifert was founded in 1865 and is a proud royal court supplier, known for quality, traditional craftsmanship, and high service. Now we are expanding and are looking for new wonderful colleagues who share our passion for creating memorable student moments of the highest quality.

As a Service Professional, you will visit high schools around the country and guide future students in designing their perfect student cap. You will be the face of the company outward and play an important role in making every student time unique. We therefore expect that you have a good sense of service and are a person who always has a smile on their lips.

Training
- We start the entire employment with an exciting and intensive training week consisting of a sales training. The training is conducted by sales experts who have long worked in sales within the industry. We conduct both theoretical and practical sales training with the common goal of creating an unforgettable week together and building a team of the highest class! The training week is a really fun start to the season, experience for life and above all you get to know all the team members and new colleagues of the season.

During the entire training week we cover accommodation and lodging.

AJAT Academy
- Our own sales school developed by experts in sales. Every Monday the whole team meets digitally. We will continuously train in current topics and always start with theory to then apply the knowledge directly in practice - the best way to learn! After completing the service, everyone receives a certificate certifying that they have completed our sales school, which gives you a significant advantage in your future career, regardless of whether you plan to continue in sales or explore other industries or education.

Reunion
- Every month the whole team gathers live for further training, coaching, and team building. We conduct several fun activities, share experiences, and together we learn new things with the support of our experienced sales coaches and leaders.

Love road trips and discovering new places? Perfect! We are now looking for you who thrive on being out in the field, in teams of two, and visiting one to two high schools a day. A driver's license is a must, and you will have access to all necessary equipment and car.

The employment extends from September to the end of November. We start with an exciting Training Week at the beginning of September. Overnight stays may occur, and travel expenses are always provided.
