Adjunct Faculty - Intro to Psychology

The Department of Psychology at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor position in Psychology. We are looking for someone who can specifically teach Intro to Psychology this coming Fall 2026.

This adjunct position will require a teaching load of 4-8 credits for the spring semester. Two sections of the course are available to be taught by either the same or different instructors. Courses will be taught in-person (on campus) eph's College; each course meets twice a week for 1 hour and 45 minutes per class.

• Masters in Psychology;
  PhD preferred.
• Relevant teaching experience in Psychology.
• Commitment to using up-to-date and best practice pedagogical methods, including syllabus and curriculum design.
• Willingness to prioritize student learning and to form genuine connections with students.
