Career Systems Development Corporation (CSD) is seeking a dedicated Admissions Counselor to join our dynamic team overseeing youth educational and job training programs across various Job Corps centers. In this pivotal role, the Admissions Counselor will be instrumental in shaping the future of young individuals by guiding them through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and supportive entry into our programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for educational growth and a firm commitment to the developmental needs of disadvantaged youth.

• Coordinate with multiple educational facilities and community organizations to identify and recruit potential program candidates.
• Review and assess applications to ensure candidates meet eligibility requirements.
• Conduct informational sessions and orientation for prospective students and their families.
• Provide ongoing support and follow‑up with applicants throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and admissions activity.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing data and using educational technology tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Well‑organized with excellent time management skills.
• Preferred:
  Certified in College Counseling from an accredited organization.
