This role serves as a key liaison with families, therapists, school districts, CDS, licensing bodies, and community partners, ensuring compliance and strong collaboration across systems. The Program Coordinator also supports student enrollment processes, staff hiring and scheduling, documentation requirements, and assumes operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Program Director.

Throughout all responsibilities, the Coordinator fosters a culture of professionalism, accountability, and student-centered decision-making.
