Job DescriptionRSU 16 is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Technician I, II or III to support students in the Social Emotional Program for grades 9-12 at Poland Regional High School. This role will provide direct support and instructional assistance to students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs within a structured, self‑contained special education program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support and instructional assistance to students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Implement Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the guidance of Certified Special Education Staff.
- Actively participate in a collaborative team to support students’ needs and progress.
- Obtain Safety‑Care Certification (training provided if needed).
Standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, and reaching outward; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Requirements- High School or Trade School degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
