Location: Naples
Lake Region Middle School
Seeking an organized, flexible, and reliable individual able to work effectively in any and all school settings as a permanent substitute.
The permanent substitute is a school year position, 175 student days, 6.5 hours per day.
In addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ideal candidate possesses knowledge of and experience with:
- Middle school level academic work in all subject areas
- Effective classroom management strategies, including establishing and maintaining routines and procedures
- Building and maintaining supportive relationships with students
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Being a team player and having communication skills with students, staff, and parents
Experience and familiarity with office procedures and classroom instruction.
RequirementsCriminal History Background Check/Fingerprinting required.
CompensationRate: $110-$120 per day.
