Head Cross Coach​/Track and Field Assistant Coach

Thomas College is seeking a full‑time head coach for the men’s and women’s cross country program. The head coach will also serve as assistant coach for the track and field indoor and outdoor team.

• Build and sustain a strong and organized recruiting pipeline aligned with program needs
• Plan and conduct practices, training sessions, and individual player development
• Oversee all program operations, including travel coordination, equipment management, and program logistics
• Serve as assistant coach of the track and field team
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to student‑athlete well‑being
• Ensure full compliance with NCAA Division III, North Atlantic Conference, and Thomas College policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel with the team as needed
• Strong communication skills, organizational ability, passion for player development, and commitment to fostering a positive and competitive team culture
