Jefferson Village School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our Early Childhood team. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3–5. The Preschool Teacher will collaborate with colleagues to implement curriculum, support social‑emotional growth, and engage families in the learning process.

• Plan and implement daily lessons aligned with early childhood standards.
• Support children’s cognitive, social‑emotional, and physical development.
• Maintain classroom routines, safety, and organization.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and administration.
• Assess and document children’s progress and communicate with families.

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education (Endorsement 081 or 282B).
• Experience with preschool‑aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive, equitable, and developmentally appropriate practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
