Student Success Coordinator

Houlton Middle-High School (HMHS) is seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping students thrive academically and personally.

• Oversee student discipline in collaboration with HMHS Administration.
• Monitor and track daily attendance and tardiness.
• Serve as the school's affirmative action officer and Title IX officer.
• Assist in facilitating parent communication and engagement initiatives.
• Lead Comprehensive School Threat Assessment Guideline (CSTAG) teams.
• Serve on the District safety team.
• Support staff with daily duties and other tasks as assigned by the Principal or Assistant Principal.

• Current Maine teaching, counseling, or administrative certification is preferred.
• Law enforcement experience is also preferred.
• A strong background in restorative practices and multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS).
• Proven experience in supporting students with challenging behaviors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
