Empowering Learning Ltd is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a specialist school in Witham, Essex. You will work closely with teachers and SENCo to provide classroom, one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND, SEMH and trauma-informed needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
