Functional Life Skills Ed Tech II

The Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent candidates for the position at The Oxford Elementary School, Oxford, ME.

Reports to: Building Principal/Director of Student Services

• School Year 178 day position
• Hourly rate from $19.29 to $29.20 per hour, dependent on experience
• Position is under the Oxford Hills Educational Association Unit for Ed Techs IIs & IIIs

• Health insurance with 80% of the premium paid by the employer (up to 100% if both spouses work in the district)

• Build positive relationships with students and work well as part of a team
• Provide support for students with mental health and behavioral concerns
• Employ strong academic skills to support student learning
• Apply PBIS, workshop model, and intentional commitment to student engagement

• Compassionate professional who believes all children can learn at high levels
• Background in PBIS, workshop model, and a commitment to student engagement (preferred)
• Experience working with students who have mental health and behavioral concerns (preferred)
• Strong academic skills with students (preferred)
