Responsibilities
  • Recruit new undergraduate students to Thomas College.
  • Travel extensively throughout New England and other states from September through November, with additional travel in March through May.
  • Represent Thomas College at high school visits and college fairs.
  • Build relationships with prospective students and their families.
  • Deliver presentations about the College.
  • Process application materials and review applications for admission decisions.
  • Attend recruitment events, fairs, and sending schools.
  • Collaborate with other Thomas College departments such as Student Financial Services, Marketing and Athletics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and student-centered mindset.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand up to five hours.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Slate CRM preferred.
