Ed Tech Life Skills (Grades K4)
Whitefield Elementary School is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Educational Technician to join our Life Skills team for the school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners with diverse academic, communication, functional, and developmental needs. As a valued member of our collaborative team, you will help students build independence, develop essential life skills, celebrate successes, and reach their individual potential each day.
Responsibilities include implementing students' IEPs and behavior goals, providing individualized and small-group instruction in both general and special education settings and supporting personal care and daily living skills as needed. Qualifications & Requirements:
- Maine Educational Technician Authorization (or eligibility)
- CHRC approval
- A positive, patient, and student-centered approach to education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
The position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found. SALARY RANGE:
As per negotiated agreement.
