Two (2) Special Education Ed. Tech IIIs
Winthrop Public Schools is hiring for two Special Education Ed Tech IIIs who are caring, compassionate and patient to work with grades K-5 at Winthrop Grade School. Students in this school have a wide variety of academic, functional and behavioral needs. The successful candidate will closely collaborate with the special education teachers to support students in the general and special education setting in both small groups and one to one to meet students' unique needs.
Must be willing to go through Safety Care and Behavioral Health Professional training.

To offer direct support to students under the direction of a Special Education Teacher. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with students with academic, functional and behavior needs in the district special education programs. Position available at the Grade School.
Qualifications- Maine DOE Ed Tech III certification or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with special education students preferred
- Safety Care Certification is a plus.
- Behavioral Health Professional preferred.
