Education Technician II

School Year
Winslow Elementary School is seeking an energetic, student-centered education technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating and supporting a joyful, inclusive, and rigorous learning environment and will collaborate closely with dedicated teachers to support the academic and social-emotional growth of some of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct small group or one-on-one student activities under the supervision of the classroom teacher.
- Foster a safe and supportive classroom community where every student feels a sense of belonging..
- Maintain strong, positive partnerships with teachers and staff to support student success.
- Assumes other duties reasonably assigned by the principal
- Valid certification.
- Early elementary education experience is preferred.
- Experience with a variety of elementary level curricula and teaching practices is preferred.
- A commitment to continuous professional growth and collaborative practice.
All School employees are required to have Fingerprint (CHRC) Certification
