Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students in grades 5-8 within a behavior-focused classroom.
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Apply effective behavior management and intervention strategies to promote student success.
• Work closely with other educational professionals and support staff to deliver a cohesive learning experience.
• Participate in regular meetings and maintain documentation as required by school policies.
• Engage with families and caregivers to support students’ overall progress.
